Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom-tailored blouses, fall & pico stitched sarees, and sale items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at care@srinivasashoppingmall.in with photos of the damaged package.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
